pretty nice video flow actually, took me 2 minutes -

1. Registered for a kaltura partner id and uploaded my video.
2. took the embed code from the kaltura management console and posted it here (HTML tab).
3. followed the chromless player guide that @zohar wrote and created a controller-less widget id.
4. replaced ‘/_xxxx/ui_conf_id/xxxxx/‘ from my embed code data URL (note it appears twice) with the new widget id i generated earlier. (resulted in http://www.kaltura.com/index.php/kwidget/wid/rrevzddxxc/entry_id/4apgetcdb8)
